  • Support neighbors by helping meet basic needs.

    Our Freedom Fighter Family Pantries provide free food and essentials to community members. Volunteers help keep pantries stocked, organized, and accessible.

    What you can do:

    • Restock pantry boxes

    • Sort and organize donated items

    • Help with food drives and supply collection

    • Check in on pantry locations and report needs

    Commitment: As little as 30 minutes at a time
    Skills needed: None

  • Make sure information reaches the people who need it.

    Help spread important information about protests, mutual aid, community resources, and calls to action by placing flyers and materials in public spaces.

    What you can do:

    • Post flyers on community boards (with permission)

    • Drop off materials at local businesses or community centers

    • Share printed resources at events and gatherings

    Support community members through direct care efforts connected to MVFF’s mutual aid and outreach work.

    From rallies to meetings to outreach events, volunteers help keep things organized, safe, and welcoming.
